It's worth noting that assisted living residents are at a higher risk of falling likely due to the severity of cognitive and physical impairments.

It is common knowledge that it is cheaper to dispose of recycle material than it is garbage. Greedy garbage companies put your garbage on a conveyer belt and pay people to sort through it. The company in turns loads up your recycling material in tractor trailers and sells to the recycling companies. Believe me if this was not cost effective, they would not do this. For as little as one dollar per trip from every door we can put some of this money back into your pockets. If we were to visit your complex three times a week it would cost every family less than fifteen dollars a month. If we came everyday the most it could cost per family is thirty-one dollars. It would be very difficult to buy two people dinner with that amount of money.

Greener Living Assists With Recycling
As Greener Living provides the service of collecting your garbage so the tenants can relax. We as a company will come the day before the garbage is picked up and ensure that everything is secured in the proper places. If you all would like we could come and service you seven days a week. This way your tenants would not have to consider what day the garbage goes. If you as an association decided to get another company to gather your recycling the likelihood that your complex would continue to get missed occasionally would slow down due to the ever-present competition. Your complex would receive priority. As you already know companies tend to relax after they already have a contract with the municipality!
How Greener Living Works
At a specified time, our workers arrive at the Association and begin to work.
The workers pick up the garbage bags that have already been placed outside by the tenants. As they begin to go door to door the workers take the recycling that has been placed into the garbage and place the recycled materials into the designated bag. They would place the remaining garbage into another bag. When the worker finishes with one floor, they will dispose of the items properly and move on to the next floor. The Greener Living crew will continue through each building in this manner until all of the waste materials are collected. Ideally, we would come everyday however we can come the day or afternoon before your garbage is collected by your garbage company.
Greener Living Affect On Quality Of Life
Our trash removal & recycling services has had a large affect on our way of life. One of the largest buyers of our recycled material is China.
The last few years they have cut back on buying our recycled materials.
They have been claiming that it hasn’t been clean. We are still buying their products and at higher cost. More natural resources are being used and our economy is going to suffer even more if someone doesn’t do something soon.
